Brief
AT&T requested a proof of concept for an agentic marketing tool that could improve the speed of their campaign building process. The POC only needed to show how agents would be integrated into a ‘brief builder’ UI, however we decided to make a fully fledged, operational concept, built entirely with AI on AT&T’s design system and shared data.
Goals
AI First Workflow
Build a fully agentic workflow taking data from insights to a fully made, marketing brief document
Live Prototype
Integrate multiple agents to leverage real data from AT&T (i.e. repeated runs could generate different real outputs)
AI Design & Build
Leverage AT&T’s design system with Claude Code to rapidly build a polished and modern UI for the workflow
Outcomes
Human-Agent UI
The UI affords both transparent insight and human touchpoints to the Agentic workflow, so processes are not black boxes and outputs can be reviewed with ease.
The entire marketing brief creation process could be run fully agentically without any human input, leveraging the UI as a "window" more than an action oriented tool.
Monitoring Agentic Reasoning
Agentic reasoning and "conversations" are made visible in order to track initial inputs through to results, including data driven insights, market strategies, and campaign briefs. Nothing happens that a human marketer can not review, and if necessary, redo
AI Built UI
The entire UI is constructed solely on AT&T's design system files using Claude Code. UX/UI elements were built through prompt generation, leveraging additional context from marketing materials, documents, data sources, and other source material in the project file.
